Fannette Island and the “Tea House” is just a short cruise from our rental location.
Bear in mind that there is no on-site parking; visitors must park at the scenic overlook on Highway 89 and walk down the path to our beach rental location just north of the pier by the Vikingsholm. Parking is limited, especially on weekends, and we recommend getting there by 10 am to find a spot. The trail is paved that descends ~500 feet, and is about 1 mile in length. It’s easy going down, but it might be a bit of a pull coming back up.
Participants MUST be over the age of 15 to take their own vessel to Fannette Island (Emerald Bay).

Please note, this is a first-come first-served rental operation and no reservations will be taken. For payment we accept cash or credit card, please remember to bring a photo ID with you. Cellular service can be very spotty here, especially during the busy summer months and Credit Card transactions often times can not be run, please plan ahead and bring cash as a payment backup.
