This is a National Forest Service beach featuring a beautiful forested shoreline with ample shade close to the water, a sandy beach, picnic tables, and barbecues. This location is within easy paddling distance of the Upper Truckee marsh and Taylor Creek marsh.

Kayak Tahoe rents paddleboards and sit-on-top kayaks at this location. Please note, this is a first-come first-served rental operation and no reservations will be taken. For payment we accept cash or credit card, please remember to bring a photo ID with you.

After driving through the kiosk you will make aright bend into the parking lot, Kayak Tahoe is located ~200ft down on your left.
